An extraordinary botanical blend, fused together to tell a very different gin story.

The unique selection of herbs have been blended to compliment the juniper base, and then mixed with floral accents to enhance the flavour and scent that is quintessentially British, all finished with the finest selection of fruit extracts to give an exceptional flavour profile.

Tasting notes

The Nose:

Floral, freshly cut grass and buttercup followed by a well balanced Juniper and Coriander zing.

The Palate:

As with any good London Dry, it starts with Juniper, subtle coriander and then a citrus zest revealing the mandarin leaf, and Pink Grapefruit.

The Finish:

Florals and rose leads, with spicy citrus & a hint of meadows emerging.
