REFUND POLICY
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it please contact us as soon as you can. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags if you want to make a return within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Any sum paid to us will be refunded to you within 30 days of receipt of the goods to us, provided the goods you return are received by us in the same condition that they were delivered to you.
You will be liable for any return postage costs unless the item is being returned due to an error on our part, or the item is faulty in which case the return postage will be refunded to you as well.
You have up to 7 days after the day you receive your goods, to cancel your order or part of it.
If you cancel your whole order and are based in the EU we will refund the cost of standard delivery you paid if you cancel your order within this timescale. If you paid for express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. If you only return part of an order we will not refund this cost. If you cancel an order outside of this timescale we will not refund this cost.
If you have ordered any personalised item(s), you are not entitled to a refund or exchange unless the item(s) are faulty or we have made a mistake.
